These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, inquiries, bookings, quotations, and the provision of our services. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. - Services and Scope We offer professional sofa upholstery/reupholstery (using fabric, leather, or other materials), recliner mechanism repairs, seat foam replacement, dining chair reupholstery, provision of patio furniture covers, BBQ grill covers, and related consultations or home visits. Services are performed based on your specifications, measurements, and material choices. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any service request if it is deemed unsafe, unethical, or beyond our capability. - Quotations, Pricing, and Payments All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, etc.) unless specified. Quotations are based on information provided by you and may change if site conditions, fabric/leather requirements, or additional work (e.g., frame repairs, extra padding) differ from the initial assessment. You must disclose any known defects, allergies to materials, or special requirements. We are not responsible for damage to items during transport if not handled by us, or for items left unattended. Old fabric/leather covers are typically discarded unless you request retention (additional charges may apply).
- Delivery, Collection, and Acceptance Completed items are delivered/collected as agreed. You must inspect the work upon receipt and sign off to acknowledge acceptance. Any visible defects must be reported immediately; no claims will be entertained after acceptance or use. We are not responsible for damage occurring after handover.
- Intellectual Property and Website Use All content on our website (images, text, designs) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use it without permission. The website is provided "as is" without warranties.
